Refund & Return Policy

At OPIYANE, we take pride in the craft of our leather footwear. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or size exchange:
* Footwear must be entirely unworn, unscuffed, uncreased, and free from any sole marks or heel wear.
* We recommend trying on shoes indoors on clean, carpeted surfaces only.
* Items must be returned inside their original branded shoe box, complete with dust bags, shoe horns, extra laces, and original tags.
* A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number must accompany your return.

Exemptions
* Customized, personalized, or custom-embossed leather items.
* Final clearance or promotional archive sales.

Return Procedure
1. Email our support team at contact@opiyane.shop with your order number and reason for return (e.g., sizing adjustment).
2. Once verified, we will issue return authorization details and instructions. Returns sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.
3. Unless goods were received damaged or shipped incorrectly, return transit costs are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union & UK 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Under consumer regulations in the UK, France, and Germany, customers retain the statutory right to cancel and return orders within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing reason.

Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and passes our leather condition assessment, your refund will be confirmed by email. Approved reimbursements are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
