* United States: 5 to 8 business days.
* Canada: 6 to 10 business days.
* UK, France & Germany: 5 to 9 business days.

3. How do I choose the correct shoe size?
Our leather footwear runs true to standard international sizing. If you find yourself between sizes or have a wider foot profile, we recommend ordering one half-size up. You can also consult our size guide on each product page.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Shoes must be in original condition with uncreased uppers, unmarked soles, and original packaging. We recommend trying them on indoors on carpet. To request a return, contact contact@opiyane.shop.

5. How should I care for my leather footwear?
Keep your shoes clean using a soft brush or damp cloth. Apply a quality leather conditioner every few months and use cedar shoe trees when not in use to preserve leather structure and prevent creasing.
